Job Title: Investment Banking Manager Technology Sector

We are seeking a seasoned investment banking manager with expertise in the technology sector to lead our deal-making efforts.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or CFA designation is highly valued.
  • No less than 9 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity, with a strong focus on technology sector deals.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and closing M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
  • Deep understanding of the technology sector, including SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, AI, semiconductors, and other key areas.
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with financial databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Strong network and understanding of the technology ecosystem, particularly in key global or regional markets.
