Investment Banking Manager Technology Sector

Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 914 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity, with a strong focus on technology sector deals.
- Proven track record of leading and closing M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
- Deep understanding of the technology sector (e.g., SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, AI, semiconductors, etc.).
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail.
Skills & Competencies:
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with financial databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Strong network and understanding of the technology ecosystem, especially in key global or regional markets.
