  • Experience with MATRIXX OCS pricing configuration, task processing, and event handling is a plus.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot billing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with client needs and market trends.
  • Oversee day-to-day billing operations and provide Level 2 support.
  • Lead team efforts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and address operational challenges.
  • Debug complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Contribute to user-focused feature rollouts and new product developments.
  • Evaluate and ensure high-quality standards for new features.
