System Integration Specialist

Key responsibilities include supporting configuration, testing and maintenance of a billing system. This involves premium billing, collections, payment processing and reconciliation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Hands-on experience in billing systems, specifically 4-5 years with Majesco Billing System.
- Knowledge of insurance billing processes including P&C or Life/Annuities/Health.
- Understanding of policy administration, claims and integration with billing systems.
- Strong skills in SQL, data validation and reporting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Exposure to policy or claims modules within the same software suite.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools such as Jira/Confluence.
- Basic understanding of Java, APIs and integration points.
