Job Title: Quoting Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes, meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Record Keeping and Follow-up: Maintain records of quotations and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail to accurately analyze customer requirements and prepare quotations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage and prepare quotations efficiently.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Knowledge and Education: Have knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic components and related technical specifications, and hold a diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
