Battery Management System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Battery Management System Engineer to validate and test lithium-ion battery packs used in EVs and Energy Storage Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough testing of BMS hardware and software functionality.
  • Conduct CAN protocol analysis, including message monitoring and debugging.
  • Utilize tools like CANalyzer, PCAN, or equivalent for efficient testing.
  • Develop detailed test cases and reports, documenting results and findings.
  • Support root cause analysis of BMS issues and collaborate with R&D teams to improve system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Embedded Systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, EV systems, and BMS architecture.
  • Understanding of CAN bus protocol and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
