Electrical and Instrumentation Manager Job Summary:

This key leadership role oversees the operation of electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems across the plant, ensuring their smooth functioning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and optimize machine availability.
  • Troubleshoot issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to enhance plant operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements in electrical & instrumentation works.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
