Job Description

The Process Excellence Manager oversees and optimizes end-to-end business operations to ensure high-quality service delivery. This involves client management, people & performance management, and cross-functional team leadership, focusing on process efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and business growth.

This role encompasses various responsibilities:

  • Business Operations Management: Oversees and optimizes business operations to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Client Management: Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
  • People & Performance Management: Leads a diverse team of 20+ members, including Business Analysts, Process Excellence Leads/AMs, and content developers.
  • Operational & Process Excellence: Works closely with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
