Job Title: Senior Project Executive

Description:

This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive the end-to-end execution of large-scale solar water pump installations across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, with experience in multi-state EPC and renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure timely commissioning, quality compliance, and on-time claim submissions in line with government guidelines. This involves driving partner coordination, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality installations that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Flow & Execution: Develop and implement seamless workflows for surveys, procurement, dispatch, installation, inspections, RMS integration, and claims submission within strict timelines.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Oversee Order Issuing Authority (OIA) portal uploads, inspections, and penalty waiver processes while ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
  • Quality & Training: Drive training programs for partners and internal teams on installation quality, RMS integration, and farmer education (O&M, insurance, claims).
  • Team Leadership: Lead a state-spanning project team with structured daily/weekly/monthly reviews, adherence to SOPs, and strong accountability frameworks.
  • Crisis & Escalation Management: Liaise with government officials, farmers, installation partners, internal customers (Accounts, SCM, Procurement, Back Office etc.) to resolve delays, escalate issues, and ensure approvals.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Power) + MBA (Operations preferred)
  • Experience: 15+ years in large-scale project management, with 5+ years in multi-state EPC/renewable installations under government schemes.
