Job Description

The Site Execution Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and quality execution of solar installations at project sites.

This involves supervising daily installation activities, monitoring progress, and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solar PV installation or relevant project execution, with a strong educational background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Supervise and coordinate solar installation activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to design specifications.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project coordination.
  • Track project progress, ensure timely material delivery, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues and provide expert technical support.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Technical expertise in solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
