We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to take on a challenging role in the solar industry.

As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional after-sales support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering comprehensive training and maintenance instructions for inverter installations;
  • Responding to customer consulting phone calls and emails;
  • Conducting remote or on-site troubleshooting for inverters, including replacement and defect analysis;
  • Collecting and reporting after-sales support cases data to your leader;
  • Collaborating with the team to complete assigned tasks.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or related fields;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably in a technical service role;
  • The ability to travel extensively (50%+ per year) and communicate effectively in English.
