
Senior Insurance Solutions Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and selling insurance products to clients through various channels. You will provide expertise in insurance solutions, assist clients in choosing appropriate insurance policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
This position requires strong knowledge of insurance products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with existing Relationship Managers across the organization to drive the insurance business, products, and strategies.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients clearly and effectively.
- Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, and proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with Nuvama Wealth RMs on driving the insurance products.
- Promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers through relationship managers mapped to you.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the LOB overall targets with self and team.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Minimum 5 years experience in life insurance sector
- Fresher considered only from Insurance institutes
- Full-time position, typically within standard office hours.
- May require occasional travel outside the present location to meet clients or attend training sessions.
- Office-based with some flexibility to work outside the main office, depending on company policies
