Guidewire Policy Center Specialist Role Summary:

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for the configuration, development, and maintenance of the Guidewire Policy Center application.

The key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, creating and implementing technical solutions, conducting unit tests, and collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Guidewire Policy Center configuration and development
  • Strong understanding of PL/SQL and data modeling
  • Knowledge of Java, GOSU scripting, and XML
  • Experience in carrying out unit tests and debugging
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with insurance domain practices and principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
