Responsibilities
  • Perform daily and weekly reporting activities and provide updates to management.
  • Generate detailed technical reports on candidates and conduct in-depth analysis of findings.
  • Review reports, discuss results with stakeholders, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Handle escalation cases, identify root causes, and propose optimal resolutions.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet all assigned deadlines.
RequirementsTechnical Expertise
  • Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple technical projects involving diverse tech stacks.
Communication and Leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and incident management skills.
Additional Qualifications
  • Ability to dedicate 9 hours per day for work.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
