Job Title: Lead Software Engineer – Fullstack AI

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to design and deliver scalable, cutting-edge applications that leverage AI and machine learning. This role combines full-stack development with generative AI expertise.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead system design, development, and deployment of secure and high-performing solutions using Python, React, and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end AI-powered applications with backend, frontend, and AI integration.
  • Build and integrate large language models (LLMs), relational databases, and async processing systems.
  • Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
  • Create modern, interactive user interfaces with React.js / Next.js.
  • Work with NoSQL databases, vector databases, and containerization.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply machine learning techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).
Required Skills
  • 8+ years in full-stack development + AI/ML.
  • Strong experience in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js/Next.js.
  • Proven expertise in generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering).
  • Solid foundation in traditional machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Cloud, containerization, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of AI safety, explainability (LIME, SHAP).
  • Experience with multimodal AI or edge AI.
  • Prior leadership of AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
