Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our IT staffing and consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our services.
Main Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Sales and Proposal Development: Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed business targets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
