Customer Relationship Representative Job

We seek a skilled professional to excel in managing customer relationships and handling telecalling activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information about properties, services, and offers to potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule site visits, and ensure timely feedback to meet client needs.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally to exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or telecaller roles is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is necessary for effective communication with clients.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools, is required for day-to-day tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and handle client queries effectively is crucial for meeting business objectives.
