Job Title: Marine Operations Manager

Overview:

  • Lead the safe and efficient handling of cargo vessels in all marine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with maritime and statutory regulations by monitoring vessel schedules, coordinating berthing and unberthing operations, and implementing emergency response plans to address potential maritime emergencies.
  2. Collaborate with shipping lines, terminal operators, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth port operations.
  3. Develop and manage the marine services budget, controlling costs while ensuring optimal service levels.
  4. Staying updated on industry best practices and technology advancements for marine operations.
  5. Evaluate and recommend investments in equipment and technology to improve efficiency.
