Key Job Description

As a seasoned software engineering professional, you will utilize your expertise to design and implement robust HR service delivery solutions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

  • Technical Expertise:
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years on ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Strong understanding of HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale implementations.
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator.
  • Unit testing, Defect fixing – all testing cycles, movement between instances, cutover and go live hypercare support.
  • Experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement custom HR service delivery solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
