We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to support our operations. This role involves helping candidates apply to global opportunities by managing their application process end-to-end across official platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit client applications accurately across various platforms and official portals.
  • Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of eligibility requirements, processes, and document checklists.
  • Organise, manage, and upload necessary documentation for each applicant.
  • Track progress of submitted applications and coordinate timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth process flow and status updates.
  • Maintain records and generate weekly reports for management review.

Eligibility Criteria:
