Job Title: Student Success Executive

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support students in their academic journey. As a Student Success Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for newly enrolled students, providing them with essential information and resources to navigate our campus and programs.
  • Maintain and update student records in our Student Information System (SIS), including enrolment status, grades, and personal information.
  • Handle semester-wise student fee collection and issue receipts according to institutional guidelines.
  • Provide timely assistance to students via email, phone, and chat in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate important information such as future semester payment deadlines, policy updates, and key events through various channels.
  • Educate students on financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and associated application processes and deadlines.
  • Help students with non-technical issues during course registration and resolve enrolment-related errors.
  • Share updates about alumni events, guest lectures, webinars, and networking opportunities to foster engagement and learning.
  • Generate customized reports and compile data for internal use or regulatory compliance.
