Tender Management Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in tendering/proposals who can coordinate well with internal teams.

  • Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client requirements.
  • Review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Draft and structure high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish, ensuring timely submissions and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification with 2-6 years of experience in Tender Management.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government or donor-funded projects.
  • Experience working on tenders for organizations such as GIZ, World bank, ADB, UNDP, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
