About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our Dynamic Defense team, safeguarding assets through transparent, accountable, and cutting-edge practices.
As Associate Director - Cybersecurity Product Development, you will oversee a team of security engineers and programmers designing and certifying intent-based networks that embed security into various services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing robust security controls, policies, and standards to reduce cyber risks and enhance security for our dynamic defense customers.
- Driving ideation, testing, proof of concept, and support for various cyber productization in our core telecom network.
- Analyzing complex security issues and developing engineering activities to mitigate risk.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 15 years of IT experience.
- 10 years of progressive experience building successful cyber applications.
- 5 years of technical team management experience.
- A deep understanding of network and cyber-based attacks and threats.
- Experience with Java, containers, microservices, and Azure.
Requirements:
- Certifications: CISSP or SANS.
- Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Cyber Security and/or Computer Science.
