**Job Title:** Assistant Treasury Manager Job Description:

The Assistant Treasury Manager will play a pivotal role within the organization's Treasury Operations team, focusing on managing and optimizing short-term liquidity. This critical position is essential for accurate and timely cash management, supporting global financial operations effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Cash Management: The Assistant Treasury Manager will be responsible for performing daily cash management tasks, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards to ensure seamless operations.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: This role requires preparing detailed cash flow forecasts and conducting variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements to guarantee alignment with organizational goals.
  • Liquidity Management: The Assistant Treasury Manager will monitor and manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity, ensuring that all obligations are met on time while minimizing risks.
  • Debt Schedule Oversight: This role involves overseeing and managing the organization's debt schedule, ensuring that all obligations are met punctually.
  • Global Reconciliation: The Assistant Treasury Manager will coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments to support the organization's financial stability.
  • Bank Reconciliations: This role includes performing bank reconciliations and maintaining account records to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial transactions.
