  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Select, onboard, and manage influencers/content creators in the beauty, lifestyle, and wellness space.
  • Plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, seasonal events, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay updated with trends in the beauty and personal care influencer space to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Maintain a structured database with performance metrics.
