Key Responsibilities
Ridhira Retreat seeks a results-driven Assistant General Manager to drive sales growth and lead a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, applying knowledge to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and objectives for the hotel.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in sales and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to drive business success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is ₹80,000 - ₹120,000 per month, depending on experience.
