Power Management IC Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative power management ICs.
- Create multiple high-performance Power ICs with Switching Converters, from system-level specifications to production-ready ICs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ICs into larger systems.
- Design complex switching converters and all involved interfaces, while mitigating challenges related to high current/power switching converters.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in Analog Circuit Design, with a solid understanding and design expertise of complex analog designs.
- Chip design, verification, silicon validation, debugs, and taking ICs to production.
- Be a technical leader, natural team player, mentor, and strive towards fostering a highly creative and productive working environment.
- Develop cutting-edge PMICs, including Linear and Switching DC-DC converters powering next-generation devices.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks associated with high-performance switching converters.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
