Senior UC Collaboration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior UC Collaboration Engineer. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunication and Cisco VoIP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement telecommunication and Cisco VoIP systems
  • Maintain collaboration tools and ensure security and compliance with industry standards
  • Handle P1 and P2 issues over bridge WebEx sessions with strong problem-solving skills


Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8-10 years of IT experience with hands-on WebEx DI and Contact Center implementation experience
  • Proven experience as a UC engineer or a similar role with in-depth knowledge of unified communications products and their practical implementations
