We are seeking a skilled Associate Site Merchandiser to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven and analytical individual with 1+ years of experience in site merchandising or e-commerce marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute site merchandising calendars, including campaigns, events, and category-wide promotions.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Develop and test new merchandising strategies to improve engagement and share best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in site merchandising or e-commerce marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
