Senior Estimation Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Estimation Professional to lead our Turnkey Fit-Out Projects team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and preparing estimates, overseeing procurement activities, driving sales efforts, and managing fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and develop detailed project forecasts.
  • Evaluate tender documents, identify opportunities, and prepare variation statements, budgets, and tender documents.
  • Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs from drawings, submit cost estimations, and prepare cost breakdowns and analyses.
  • Interpret specifications, price tenders, and prepare contract documents.
  • Procure materials and services as needed, manage contracts, and ensure timely submission of tenders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
