Job Title: Customer Support Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Cross-Functional Expert located in Ahmadābād. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, resolving technical issues, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

The role involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance
  • Troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Performing field service activities to ensure equipment functionality

This opening is part of our Semiconductor division, handling machines involved in Semiconductor chip manufacturing processes (Packaging).

  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Field service experience - Automation (machines involving advanced automation)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
