Job Title: Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team.

This role will involve managing and controlling multiple projects across various portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage project modules, including cost classes, coding structures, WBS, timesheets, budget forecasting, workflows, change controls, and governance templates.
  • Establish baselines, progress capture, EACEVM calculations, variance analysis, dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals, and KPIs.
  • Orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP systems, such as SAP, CRM, SFDC, schedulers, Primavera P6MS, Project, and EDW Snowflake IICS, to enable single-source reporting.
  • Build portfolio and project dashboards, leveraging EcoSys reports, aligning to reporting cadences.
  • Translate governance into EcoSys processes, gates, approvals, auditability, author SOPs, Runbooks, and conduct user training.
  • Engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, and data teams, manage change requests, and cutovers aligned to SoW deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in PPM Project Controls, with 3 years of hands-on EcoSys configuration and administration.
  • Strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM knowledge, with expertise in monthly close processes.
  • Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW Snowflake IICS, or similar ETL, with the ability to define source-to-EcoSys mappings.
  • Reporting skills, including EcoSys native reports and Power BI, Tableau for enterprise distribution.
  • Solid SQL data modeling fundamentals, Agile delivery, Scrum, SAFe.
