Key roles and responsibilities for this position include:

  • Assisting Senior Portfolio Managers in maintaining and improving complex portfolio investment models
  • Building and maintaining portfolio/financial models, including cash flow projections and IRR calculations
  • Working with managers to evaluate investor requests, offer alternative solutions, and perform deep dives into operational metrics
  • Providing guidance to team members and leading complex deliverables

As a valued member of the team, you will have opportunities to identify and implement process improvements and support the PM and Investor Reporting teams based in Austin, Texas.

Core competencies for this role include:

  • A strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications for this position include an MBA or CA degree and 4-7 years of experience in Financial Services and/or Real Estate. Advanced MS Office skills and prior experience with Tableau and SQL are also preferred.
