Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Informatica Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying complex ETL solutions using Informatica IDMC.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality data pipelines that support batch and incremental (CDC-based) data processing.
  • Configure and manage mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, secure agents, and runtime environments.
  • Implement robust data transformation logic, including cleansing, enrichment, joins, lookups, aggregations, hierarchical data handling, and semi-structured data integration.
  • Optimize mapping performance through pushdown optimization, partitioning, and data minimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into efficient ETL workflows.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, including PowerDesigner, PowerMart, PowerMapper, and PowerGen.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
