  • We are seeking a seasoned Data Migration Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring seamless integration of data across systems.
  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic.
  • You will lead the execution of data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
  • Additionally, you will oversee the migration of master data, transactional data, and historical records from legacy systems to the target platform.
  • Further, you will coordinate with functional and technical teams to validate and test data in the target system.
  • Implement automated and repeatable data migration processes.
  • Define and enforce data quality rules, cleansing standards, and validation procedures.
  • Evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance of migrated data with regulatory and audit standards.
  • Coordinate data reconciliation, defect tracking, and issue resolution processes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN etc.
  • Experience with Data migration tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
