ServiceNow Technical Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Leader to spearhead the delivery of high-quality solutions across ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in ServiceNow and have a proven track record of guiding development teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with business objectives.

About the Role
  • Lead and mentor developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
  • Implement and configure ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management), HRSD, and ITAM modules.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and platform best practices.
  • Review code, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on expertise in ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB design, integrations, and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
