Summary
We are seeking an experienced client-facing
Technical Lead
with a strong understanding on architecture patterns, team mentorship, and deliver scalable software solutions to work out of our Chennai office.
Responsibilities
- Understand the technical architecture and ensure the architecture is followed right through the development process.
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers through design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Translate user requirements to high scalable solutions. Visit local customer sites as required.
- Ensure engineering rigor through test automation, code reviews, CI/CD processes.
- Develop critical modules as required.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of software development experience and Agile methodologies.
- At least 3 years of experience in each of the following: Django/Python or .NET framework, IONIC-Angular/React/Flutter, RDBMS, and Microservices.
- 2 years of leading software development teams.
- 2 years of translating user requirements into high scalable solutions.
- Background or experience in the manufacturing sector a definite plus.
- Professional working competency in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an asset.
