Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to promote our products effectively and achieve sales targets within designated territories.

This involves executing marketing and business strategies designed by management, providing valuable insights to the product development team, and identifying potential markets and customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective promotion of our products to meet or exceed assigned sales budgets
  • Implementation of market and business strategies designed by management
  • Providing feedback on our products and competitors to the product management team
  • Identifying potential markets and customers in various territories
  • Managing stockists and logistics
  • Achieving high levels of doctor calls, MCR coverage, and chemist calls
  • Ensuring timely availability of products to meet prescription demands
  • Conducting educational events, seminars, and meetings with doctors
  • Participation in regular briefing sessions and company meetings
  • Daily work planning and reporting using a specified tool
  • Achieving and surpassing sales targets for the territory
  • Timely submission of expense reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
