As a seasoned Marine Engineering Specialist, you will collaborate with our team of Data Analysts to develop innovative digital solutions for large Container Ships. Your primary focus will be on designing and building vessel digital twins, fuel consumption curves, and hydrodynamic performance models.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing container ship operations data to inform business decisions
  • Conceptualizing and developing digital twin models for new and existing ships in our fleet
  • Identifying relevant data sources to build accurate digital twins
  • Guiding Data Analysts on domain-specific inputs to enhance digital twin development
Required Skills & Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 12-20 years of experience in naval architecture or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in conceptualizing and building fuel consumption curves and hydrodynamic performance models
  • Excellent knowledge of data science principles, including simulation, optimization, and machine learning
  • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to lead teams and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
