We are a growth-oriented investment firm focused on building, scaling, and optimizing portfolio companies across industries.

We seek a hands-on, execution-focused CFO who can provide both strategic leadership and operational financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to guide strategic decisions.
  • Implement and enforce budget control mechanisms.
  • Consolidate financial data across businesses.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering:

  • Review and validate financial reporting of ElevenX Capital and portfolio companies.
  • Provide diligence and oversight during investments, M&A, fundraising, and exits.
  • Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation and performance optimization.
  • Drive financial strategies that align with the firm's growth goals.

Negotiations & Contract Oversight:

  • Lead and oversee contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Manage financial/legal negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Partner with legal and business teams to reduce risks and improve deal terms.

Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Drive company-wide and employee-level performance management.
  • Support leadership in building compensation structures tied to performance.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to track business, team, and portfolio performance.

Team Leadership & Oversight:

  • Lead, mentor, and challenge finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Establish strong internal controls and compliance processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Strong track record in FP&A, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in contract negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal frameworks.
