As a key member of our hospitality team, we are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences across various outlets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receive orders and serve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu content, including any changes or promotions, to effectively recommend products and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Ensure that the service area is clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Manage customer accounts efficiently, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate with guests in a polite and helpful manner, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and effective way.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, energy, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service are essential qualities for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn new skills and techniques, have a smart and tidy appearance, and be willing to participate as part of a team.
  • Excellent language skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and responsiveness are crucial for success in this role, as well as the ability to manage a variety of customer types, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, food hygiene, electronic ordering systems, and cash handling are highly valued but not essential for this position.
