About the Role:

This leadership position involves strategic narrative-building and hands-on execution to amplify the voice of a global brand. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the field, working closely with teams to drive external communication through earned media, thought leadership, branded IPs, sponsorships, and online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication & Brand Building: Develop and lead a corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market. Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints such as the website, social media, media, employee communication, etc.
  • Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Build and manage strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media. Drive positive coverage through press releases, features, media interviews, and authored articles.
  • Online Reputation Management: Lead ORM across platforms (Google, review sites, news portals, forums) using monitoring and sentiment tools. Develop proactive response strategies to misinformation or negative sentiment.
  • Branded IPs & Sponsorships: Conceptualize and launch branded content series and thought leadership platforms (webinars, founder journals, ecosystem reports). Identify and execute strategic sponsorships and co-branded activations to drive thought leadership and trust.
  • Content & Asset Development: Oversee development of key brand assets-press kits, media FAQs, brand decks, speeches, product FAQs, and regulatory messaging. Ensure content is consistent, credible, and compliant with RBI-regulated communication norms.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, business, management, legal & compliance, HR, and customer success. Manage external PR, creative, and ORM agencies.
