Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans to drive business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and strengthen brand positioning and architecture. Your key responsibilities will include creating multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement, leveraging consumer insights to identify unmet needs and drive innovation, managing media planning, campaign metrics, and performance optimization, leading strategic partnerships and agency relationships, driving innovation in content formats and emerging platforms, and informing marketing decisions using consumer insights, market trends, and data analysis.

To be successful in this role, you must have 8-10 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer tech industry. You should also have 4-5 years as an FMCG brand manager (not trade or sales), a proven track record of managing brands with significant budgets, strong understanding of consumer insights and market trends, excellent campaign planning and execution skills, ability to manage agency relationships and internal creative teams, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
