
Front Desk Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
• Handle outgoing courier shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and courier tracking.
Reception & Office Upkeep:
• Ensure the front desk and reception area are always neat, clean, and welcoming.
• Monitor availability of office supplies at the front desk and requisition stock as needed.
• Coordinate with facility management for cleanliness and repairs.
Coordination & Logistics:
• Assist in booking meeting rooms, organizing internal meetings, and visitor logistics.
• Coordinate travel bookings including transportation arrangements when required.
• Support internal events, trainings, or celebrations with venue arrangements.
Candidate's Profile :
Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
