Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary administrator for our internal IT infrastructure while establishing and enforcing comprehensive security policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate resolution for hardware, software, and network issues across all departments
  • Administer employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Manage internal networking components including switches, routers, and access points
  • IT Infrastructure & Support
  • First-Level Technical Support: Resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Desktop & Device Management: Administer employee devices and peripherals
  • Network Infrastructure: Manage internal networking components
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT support and security administration
  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
