Finance Manager Role

The Finance Manager is a critical position that oversees General Ledger consolidation and Management Information System reporting.

This role requires a detail-oriented finance professional to ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation across multiple business units/entities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • GL Consolidation: Ensure timely month-end and year-end GL closing activities, consolidate financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards.
  • MIS Reporting: Deliver insightful MIS reports for strategic decision-making, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Accuracy of GL consolidation and MIS reporting.
  • Timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA) with minimum 4-5 years' experience in accounts & finance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement automation and controls.
