The SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) professional role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration and ETL solutions.

This position requires collaboration with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading across SAP and non-SAP systems, while maintaining high data quality, governance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Integration Expertise: Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BODS development and support is required.
  • ETL Solution Design: Strong expertise in designing ETL solutions for data migration, data warehousing, and real-time data integration is necessary.
  • BODS Job Development: Proven experience in developing BODS jobs, workflows, and dataflows is essential.
  • System Integration: Experience integrating BODS with SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and SAP extractors is required.
  • Database Systems: Strong understanding of database systems (Oracle, MS SQL, HANA) and writing complex SQL queries is necessary.
  • Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability is crucial.
Position Requirements
  • Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, HRIS, or related field is required.
  • Training Required: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification is necessary.
  • Experience: 7+ Years of experience is required, with Telco experience being a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is necessary.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Communication: Good communication skills are essential.
    • Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented with a strong service attitude is necessary.
    • Analytical and Planning: Analytical and planning skills to understand business needs are crucial.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work under pressure and beyond working hours when required, as well as team collaboration skills, are necessary.
