Chief Marketing Officer

This is a senior-level position that plays a crucial role in defining and executing the marketing strategy of our venture capital firm. As Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for amplifying our presence across global innovation ecosystems, strengthening relationships with limited partners and founders, and supporting our portfolio companies with scalable brand and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or investor relations within venture capital, private equity, or financial services. They should possess excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Additionally, they should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of fundraising dynamics and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Strategies: Design and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow our limited partner base, including high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutions.
  • Investor Engagement: Drive inbound and outbound investor engagement through targeted campaigns, events, and roadshows.
  • Pitch Decks and Investor Communications: Prepare compelling pitch decks, newsletters, and investor communications.
  • Crm Systems and Pipeline Management: Manage CRM systems and track investor pipeline, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Digital Brand: Oversee our digital brand, including our website, LinkedIn, press, and newsletters, ensuring consistent positioning.
  • Collaboration and Thought Leadership: Collaborate with partners and investment team on fundraising and portfolio marketing initiatives, drive thought leadership, events, and digital campaigns that elevate our profile.
  • Portfolio Support: Advise portfolio companies on marketing and growth best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 4-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or investor relations within venture capital, private equity, or financial services.
  • Education: MBA from a top-tier school (highly valued).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of fundraising dynamics and investor engagement, excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
