Job Title

A visionary leader is needed to spearhead our marketing design initiatives. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can conceptualize and execute innovative designs across various formats.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in coordinating marketing communication efforts with cross-functional teams to develop strategic designs that support business growth. They will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all design and communication materials and touchpoints, while also driving engagement and conversions through new design initiatives.

  • Conceptualize and execute marketing design initiatives, including digital ads, landing pages, social media creatives, video graphics, brochures, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate marketing communication efforts with business, creative, performance, and tech teams to develop strategic designs that support program growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design and communication materials and touchpoints as a brand advocate and custodian.
  • Spearhead new design initiatives, such as creative testing, video graphics, template optimization, to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team output and design quality.
  • Oversee collateral production and content updates, ensuring timely delivery and quality output while optimizing and improving marketing collateral at regular intervals.
