Senior Interior Design Manager - Hospitality Overview

Job Description:

We seek a visionary Senior Interior Design Manager to spearhead the delivery of innovative hospitality projects. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing comprehensive design strategies that align with our brand's high standards.

Your expertise in translating client briefs into compelling spatial concepts, reviewing layout plans, and ensuring design quality will be instrumental in driving project success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic design solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing design concepts that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Collaborating with designers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Reviewing and approving design deliverables to maintain consistency and quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in hospitality design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray, and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Revit-based coordination and hospitality brand rollout
  • Knowledge of sustainability guidelines (VOCs, lighting efficiency)
